About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a large-scale Point-of-Sale (POS) implementation project for a globally recognised retailer renowned for its luxury clothing and high-end fashion.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of in-store customer experience for one of the world’s most prestigious fashion brands. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and prioritise business requirements for the successful rollout of a new POS system across international locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather, validate, and prioritise detailed requirements for the new POS platform
- Document current and future state processes
- Collaborate with technical teams and third-party vendors to ensure clear communication of business needs
- Support UAT planning and execution
- Identify and mitigate project risks related to requirements and delivery
- Provide insight into best practices in retail and POS systems
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on retail or POS implementation projects
- Strong background in requirement gathering, stakeholder engagement, and documentation
- Excellent understanding of retail operations, preferably in high-end fashion or similar sectors
- Experience working on global, multi-location implementations is a plus
- Able to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote environment
