About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a critical initiative focused on transitioning technology vendors into live service as part of a wider digital transformation. This is a high-impact role, enabling enterprise-wide change and supporting our journey towards smarter, more connected, and more sustainable operations.
What You’ll Do
• Lead end-to-end delivery of service transition projects, ensuring new vendor services are integrated seamlessly into the enterprise environment.
• Partner with IT, business leaders, vendors, and external partners to deliver enterprise-wide technology solutions.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Legal teams on contracts, SLAs, and vendor performance.
• Apply structured business change management to derisk transitions and drive adoption.
• Provide clear and confident communication to senior stakeholders, translating complex technical details into business value.
• Align IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, and integration strategies to support long-term business goals.

• Strong knowledge of IT service transition processes, infrastructure, enterprise systems, and integrations.
