Sector: Retail – DTC This opportunity is working with a well-established Retailer and specialist DTC brand looking to double their online sales growth over the next few years and beyond. As the Head of Ecommerce, you will be tasked with revamping their digital presence, improving digital marketing initiatives, and ensuring product & inventory management is optimal. For this role, you will be extremely digital savvy and work with an analytical mindset to help drive revenue and improve customer acquisition & retention. The role is also set to evolve and include further areas of the business once established and proven, giving a wider opportunity to the right individual. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver ecommerce strategies in alignment with industry trends and data provided to personalise business improvements. Oversee and improve UX, website performance, and conversion rates. Execute on digital marketing campaigns such as email marketing, SEO, social strategy, and paid search. Strategically design and implement loyalty and subscription models to drive retention. Optimise product listings, pricing, and promotions to increase DTC sales performance. Own and manage ecommerce P&L including budgets, forecasting, and performance reporting. Work cross-functionally with wider teams across Logistics, Operations, Marketing, and Technology. Key Requirements: Proven DTC Ecommerce leader with well-established retail organisations and experience delivering sustainable growth. Deep knowledge of SEO, paid search, website optimisation/UX, loyalty and subscription strategies, and customer journey strategies. Ability to work cross-functionally with key stakeholders and management of teams, with senior direct reports. Experience working with Adobe Commerce, Google Analytics, and Tableau from a reporting perspective. Hunger to drive growth and want to take on additional responsibilities as the role evolves.
