Job Title: Digital Project Manager

Location: Harlow, 4-5dpw

C. £60,000 - 65,000. No bonus

Role Overview:

We are seeking a capable and organised Digital Project Manager to oversee the delivery of customer-facing digital products, such as apps and digital experiences. The ideal candidate will manage multiple third-party vendors and internal teams to ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. This role may also involve elements of product management, helping prioritise features and shape the product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage end-to-end delivery of digital projects, including apps and customer-facing platforms

– Coordinate and manage multiple third-party vendors and internal stakeholders

– Develop and track project plans, timelines, and budgets

– Ensure clear communication between technical teams and business stakeholders

– Identify and manage risks, resolving issues proactively

– Oversee requirements gathering, prioritisation, and product backlog management

– Potentially assist with product strategy and feature roadmapping, in partnership with product owners

– Maintain a sharp focus on delivering projects on time and within budget

Qualifications:

– Proven experience in digital or technology project management, with a track record of delivering customer-facing apps or platforms

– Experience managing multiple third-party vendors and internal teams

– Strong organisational and communication skills

– Familiarity with Project Management methodologies

– Ability to juggle multiple projects and shifting priorities

– A solid understanding of digital product development lifecycles and customer experience principles
