The Enterprise Architect (EA) acts as the primary technical lead throughout the sales cycle, helping secure new business while supporting existing customers to maximise the value of their marketing technology investments.

Working with Adobe's Top 50 enterprise customers, the EA partners with Technical, Marketing and C-Suite stakeholders to assess current technology landscapes, define future-state architectures, create digital engagement roadmaps, and demonstrate the "Art of the Possible" through innovative digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the senior technical advisor throughout the pre-sales and customer success lifecycle.
  • Assess customers' current technology landscape and align solutions to strategic business objectives.
  • Design future-state marketing technology architectures.
  • Develop digital engagement roadmaps focused on value realisation.
  • Present strategic recommendations and architecture concepts to technical, marketing and executive stakeholders.
  • Support technology transformation programmes by identifying opportunities for optimisation and innovation.
  • Drive customer success through measurable business outcomes and ongoing value delivery.

  • One or more current Adobe Certified Expert certifications, including:
  • Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
  • Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
  • Adobe Analytics / Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
  • Adobe Workfront
  • Experience developing enterprise-level, ROI-driven business cases for technology transformation programmes.
  • Hands-on experience architecting or delivering native, Flutter or React Native mobile applications.

• Experience managing a revenue-focused book of business, including

  • Sales pipeline management (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Scope and contract reviews
  • Familiarity with Generative AI technologies and their application within enterprise solutions.
  • Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience as an Enterprise Architect, Principal Consultant or senior Marketing/Technology leader within large-scale digital marketing environments.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end marketing technology ecosystem, including CDPs, DMPs, DSPs, CRM, Marketing Automation, CMS and Analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle or Microsoft.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, cloud technologies, data integration and security.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical, marketing and executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including Power Point and Lucidchart/Visio.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
