We're seeking a Forward Deployed Software Engineer to join a growing technology team focused on solving real business problems through software and AI-enabled development. This is not a traditional engineering role. You'll work directly with stakeholders to understand business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and build production-ready solutions from concept through to deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business teams to understand workflows and challenges
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Own end-to-end delivery of applications, integrations, automations, and data solutions
- Build user-facing tools, APIs, and data pipelines
- Leverage AI development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Copilot, or Cursor to accelerate delivery
