Summary:

Forsyth Barnes have partnered with an established entertainment business with multiple venues seeking a dynamic Ticketing Director to lead and develop its ticketing operations. This senior leadership role combines strategic planning with hands-on operational oversight, aiming to deliver seamless ticketing experiences, support business growth, and champion a customer-first culture.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead the ticketing, box office, customer service, and group sales functions across all venues.
• Oversee ticketing systems and ensure smooth day-to-day operations and continual process improvement.
• Drive and implement operational and strategic initiatives to meet business goals.
• Manage and support departmental heads
• Monitor performance through KPIs such as ticket sales, revenue streams, and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with senior teams across data, marketing, and new business to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, legal contracts, and data/privacy regulations.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with ticketing system providers and third-party agents.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for the ticketing function.

Key Experience Required:

• Proven senior-level experience in ticketing or operations within the entertainment or live events industry.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Commercially minded with experience in financial oversight, forecasting, and budget management.
• Comfortable working with ticketing systems and third-party tech partners.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to manage multiple departments and stakeholders while maintaining operational excellence.
