The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Product Implementation Lead to take ownership of implementing our end-to-end digital works management solution. This will be a heavily contractor & client facing role. This is not a “software install” role. The products you will be implementing are AI-enabled digital products with a focus on works management solutions.
You’ll be managing projects and introducing structured, process-driven digital systems into environments that have historically been paper-based - often run by experienced field teams who are used to doing things their own way. You’ll need credibility, resilience, and the ability to turn scepticism into adoption. Working in environments that are process-heavy, resilient, and occasionally resistant. Success requires calm authority and structured delivery.
The Role
You will lead digital implementation projects from initial discovery through to full adoption. Key responsibilities include:
- Owning delivery plans, milestones, and client timelines
- Mapping operational processes into structured digital workflows
- Leading change management with contractor and field teams
- Managing stakeholders who may initially resist digital adoption
- Translating technical functionality into operational language
- Ensuring productivity gains and measurable ROI
- Acting as the bridge between product development and client operations
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience implementing digital solutions in utilities, infrastructure, or field operations
- Strong process-mapping and workflow design capability
- Experience delivering change into contractor-led environments
- High resilience and confident stakeholder management
- Excellent planning and delivery management skills
- Ability to communicate digital transformation in practical, operational terms
- Commercial awareness and outcome-focused mindset
- Experience in: End-to-end works management, Digital job scheduling and planning etc would be highly beneficial
The goal: reduce wasted hours, increase operational control, and drive measurable productivity improvements.
