The Opportunity
We’ve secured a major new client partnership and are looking for an Account Manager to join and take charge in building and scaling their newest operation. This is not a typical recruiter role. This is a fast-paced, delivery-focused role. You will be on the tools every day; sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and managing offers at pace, while also acting as the main point of contact for the client, and managing excellent post-placement care. This is a high-autonomy role for someone confident operating independently while delivering at scale.
Why Forsyth Barnes
Forsyth Barnes is a high-performance business that operates with Purpose, Intent & Accountability; and that mindset runs through everything we do, from how we deliver to clients to how we develop our people. You’ll join a business where:
- Performance is recognised and rewarded
- You’ll be trusted to own your accounts and take ownership of your campaign
- You’ll work with talented, fast-paced and driven high-performing teams
- You’ll be part of a team that sets the standard (not follows it)
If you like pace, ownership and thrive in delivery environments, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Own
- End-to-end hiring strategy
- Workforce planning with senior client stakeholders
- High-volume sourcing and campaign delivery ownership
- Offer management, onboarding, compliance and post-placement care
- Performance reporting and continuous hiring optimisation
- Acting as the primary and trusted client contact
- No business development. Pure delivery excellence and strategic account ownership.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in high-volume or RPO-style recruitment
- Experience managing a key or embedded client relationship
- Confidence operating independently without heavy oversight
- Ability to balance strategic workforce planning with hands-on sourcing
- Strong process ownership and operational discipline
- Calm, structured delivery in fast-paced environments
Desirable:
- Led large-scale hiring campaigns
- Worked in RPO, MSP or embedded models
- Been trusted to “own” an account
Location: Nottingham
Salary: Dependent on experience (35k - 45k) + Bonus
