Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborates with various departments to assess, define, and document business data requirements, objectives, and operational challenges.

- Contributes throughout the project lifecycle, from analysis and design to configuration, testing, and system maintenance, ensuring optimal operational performance.
- Develops and supports detailed, well-structured business cases for new initiatives and funding requests.
- Conducts impact assessments to evaluate potential changes, documenting business rules, functions, and requirements.
- Determines feasibility and develops requirements for new systems and system enhancements, ensuring they align with business objectives.
- Tracks and thoroughly documents changes in functional and business specifications.
- Assists in formulating change management strategies for the organization.
- Coordinates and participates in user acceptance testing and validation of new system functionalities.
- Creates clear, comprehensive procedures for documentation and training purposes.
- Provides technical support through training, mentoring, and coaching for both business and technical teams.
- Works closely with the Data & BI Delivery Lead to ensure that new projects are clearly scoped and aligned with strategic or tactical business goals.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience in business analysis, large-scale system implementations, change management, facilitation, and analytical research.
- Strong analytical and abstract reasoning skills.
- Expertise in developing business cases, evaluating options, and assessing financial and operational impacts.
- Background in lending, banking, or financial services, with familiarity with relevant systems.
- Experience collaborating with third-party vendors.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
