Our client is a global leader in the sports and entertainment industry, collaborating with top-tier rights holders across sectors such as distribution, production, events, and commercial partnerships. This strategic technical role is positioned at the intersection of IT, Commercial, and Finance. The CRM and Sales Analyst will work closely with the Sales Director and the wider Sales Team to support the development and enhancement of CRM systems and sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the ongoing development and maintenance of CRM systems to ensure they are functioning efficiently, with a focus on commercial systems and sales data.
  • Manage and clean data for system uploads, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of information related to commercial properties, partnerships, and projections.
  • Lead system integrations with financial systems, enhancing CRM tools to support various departments and improve overall functionality.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for system support, identifying and implementing opportunities to streamline processes and improve the effectiveness of the Commercial and Finance teams.
  • Develop a strong understanding of sales processes and provide insights and support for system-related issues to optimize commercial operations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Director and Commercial Team, assisting with pipeline management, sales activity tracking, and reporting.

  • Proven experience with Salesforce and managing large datasets in a similar technical role.
