We are partnered with a cultured driven, globally recognised lifestyle brand with innovation at their core to hire a Creative Manager to lead their in-house creative team, delivering impactful visual assets that bring the brand to life digitally, in-store and during events.
You will lead and mentor a team of 4 individuals, reporting into the Creative Director to support on visual directions, oversee output, ensure brand consistency, push creative boundaries and briefs and ensure the team are delivering industry-leading designs to reach global audiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Guide, mentor, and manage a team of 4 designers across digital, graphic, and motion disciplines.
- Ensure all creative output is visually aligned with the brand and meets commercial objectives.
- Own design execution for digital campaigns, paid media assets, email, eCommerce banners, social content and events.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to concept and deliver creative for global product launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Oversee project timelines, resource planning, and task allocation to ensure smooth day-to-day team operations.
- Set the bar for high-impact creative by staying on top of design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Evolve and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all global markets and outputs.
- 5+ years of experience in graphic/digital design, with at least 1β2 years in a leadership or management role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a mix of brand, campaign, and performance-driven creative work.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Figma, and motion tools (After Effects or similar).
- A strong understanding of responsive and performance-led design for social, paid media, and web.
- Experience briefing, mentoring, and inspiring creative teams and freelancers.
- Highly organised with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
