The role:
Forsyth Barnes partners with high-growth FinTech businesses and global brands to help them build high-performing technology teams. This is a full-cycle commercial role where you’ll be responsible for:
- Generating new business through calls, LinkedIn, email, networking, and targeted outreach
- Building relationships with hiring managers and senior decision-makers
- Developing your own client base within the FinTech technology market
- Sourcing and headhunting high-calibre candidates
- Managing client and candidate conversations throughout the process
- Negotiating terms, closing placements, and earning commission
Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for an ambitious graduate with 1–4 years’ experience in a target-driven B2B sales environment. You’ll do well here if you are:
- Confident with outbound business development
- Comfortable working to targets and KPIs
- Able to build relationships quickly
