A major digital transformation programme within the National Health Service is seeking multiple Change & Adoption Consultants to support the rollout and adoption of Microsoft 365 and Copilot technologies across 30–40 NHS Trusts.
This is a large-scale programme focused on helping organisations successfully adopt new technology, drive behavioural change and ensure users are confident using the Microsoft ecosystem.
You will play a key role supporting end users, delivering training, and ensuring successful adoption of Microsoft Copilot and the wider M365 suite.
The Role
- Support the rollout and adoption of Microsoft Copilot and M365 technologies
- Deliver user training, workshops and adoption sessions
- Help drive behavioural and organisational change across NHS trusts
- Support SharePoint and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools
- Work closely with stakeholders to improve user engagement and adoption
- Develop training materials, guidance and best practice documentation
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years experience in Change Management / Adoption roles
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 adoption programmes
- Exposure to Microsoft Copilot
- Strong stakeholder engagement and training experience
- Ability to support large user communities through technology change
Desirable Experience
- Experience working with the public sector or healthcare organisations
- Experience supporting large digital transformation programmes
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft collaboration ecosystem
Additional Information
- Remote role within the UK
