This is a full-cycle commercial role where you’ll be responsible for: Generating new business through calls, LinkedIn, email, networking, and targeted outreach Building relationships with hiring managers and senior decision-makers Developing your own client base within the FinTech technology market Sourcing and headhunting high-calibre candidates Managing client and candidate conversations throughout the process Negotiating terms, closing placements, and earning commission Who we’re looking for We’re looking for an ambitious graduate with 1–4 years’ experience in a target-driven B2B sales environment.
