Business Change Manager
Rate: Up to £400 a day outside IR35
Length: 6 Month Contract
Location: London 2 days a week
Brief Overview: We are seeking a skilled Business Change Manager who will be responsible for upgrading a large Manufacturing client to SAP SuccessFactors from Legacy systems and assessing how change will impact people, processes and Systems driving communications and ensuring successful adoption of new ways of working.
Requirements:
- 5+ years Change Management experience
- Experience working on HR/Payroll integrations
- Proven ability to manage multiple Implementations at once
