Rate: £350 Per Da y We're working with a leading transformation consultancy delivering a Global Business Services (GBS) programme for a global client.
As part of a wider Finance Transformation, the organisation is implementing Service Now alongside its ERP landscape to standardise and digitise finance processes across Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R).
We're looking for experienced Business Analysts with a strong finance process background who can bridge the gap between Finance, Business, and Technology teams.
The Role Lead workshops with Finance stakeholders to understand current processes and define future-state ways of working.
Document As-Is and To-Be processes, business requirements, user stories, and process maps.
Support the implementation of Service Now Finance workflows, ensuring they integrate effectively with existing ERP platforms.
Work with Process Owners, Architects, Product Owners, and technical teams to design and implement standardised finance proceses.
Support UAT, business readiness, and change activit ies.
Experience Required Proven Business Analyst experience delivering Finance Transformation programmes.
Strong knowledge of P2P, O2C and/or R2R finance processes.
Experience supporting Service Now implementations or projects where Service Now was implemented alongside ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Dynamics, etc.).
Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, process mapping, and supporting end-to-end delivery.
Strong stakeholder management across Finance and Technology teams.
