We are collaborating with this organization to identify a talented Business Analyst based in Charlotte, North Carolina. This vital position reports directly to the Business Analyst Team Lead and requires a deep understanding of operational and business processes related to Store Systems used in convenience stores and fuel operations. The ideal candidate will also possess a strong familiarity with corporate systems, including Merchandising, Fuel, Accounting, and Marketing. Key responsibilities will include managing enhancement requests from stakeholders and meticulously developing business requirements documentation. Additionally, this role encompasses documentation associated with new version releases and system upgrades.
- Act as a pivotal member of the Retail Systems team, leveraging extensive knowledge of NCR Radiant and Verifone POS systems.
- Define, test, and document business requirements and deliverables for various projects in partnership with internal departments.
- Participate in the development of project plans, including scoping, scheduling, and implementation timelines.
- Lead the identification of business requirements pertaining to Retail Systems, particularly in convenience stores and fuel operations.
- Plan, conduct, and facilitate workgroups with various stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business, process, functional, and data requirements.
- Support the user community by offering training, troubleshooting, system enhancement recommendations, and office automation advice.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to projects, including installation guides and quality assurance charters.
- Conduct risk assessments to analyze potential project challenges and opportunities.
- Write training materials to assist end users in the effective use of existing and new store systems technology.
- Serve as a liaison between the organization and vendors to ensure efficient software implementations.
- Collaborate with RS Engineers to establish and track project milestones effectively.
