Job Description:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of aviation-related business operations and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Possess hands-on experience with NDC (New Distribution Capability) and airline order management practices.
• Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable functional specifications.
• Lead workshops and meetings to ensure clarity and alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
• Create comprehensive documentation, including business cases, process maps, and user narratives.
• Contribute to project management by providing valuable insights and recommendations throughout various stages of the projects.
• Stay informed of industry advancements and best practices to ensure relevant and effective solutions.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Business Analyst role, particularly within the aviation sector or a related field.
• Thorough understanding of business analysis techniques and tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective stakeholder engagement.
• Proficient in developing detailed documentation and comprehensive reports.
• Able to function both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
