Overview

We are collaborating with a forward-thinking organisation in the retail sector to find a skilled Technical Business Analyst. This pivotal role involves acting as a bridge between technical teams and management, with a strong emphasis on various projects and technical strategies. The selected candidate will be crucial in supporting transformative business initiatives by ensuring seamless communication and alignment of technical goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage closely with the CIO and Programme Director to orchestrate multiple project discoveries from a technical standpoint.
• Play a key role in refining royalty functions to optimise operational efficiency.
• Support technical teams by contributing to the formulation and execution of IT roadmaps.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in IT functions with a solid foundation in technical analysis.
• Substantial background in enterprise-level transformation projects as a business analyst.
• In-depth knowledge and experience as a Technical Business Analyst, showcasing a high degree of technical expertise.
• A background in the consumer goods or retail sectors is essential.
