We are seeking a senior Head of ERP Integration to lead our ERP integration capability across a varied client portfolio. Our clients operate in complex, asset-intensive sectors such as energy, utilities and rail, and engage us at different stages of their ERP journey, from early integration strategy through to large-scale transformation and optimisation. This role focuses on setting direction, guiding clients through complexity, and ensuring ERP integrations deliver real operational and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Define and lead the organisation's approach to ERP integration across multiple platforms and client contexts.
- Establish pragmatic integration principles, governance, and delivery standards that scale across varying levels of complexity.
- Act as a senior trusted advisor on ERP integration strategy, architecture, and roadmap decisions.
- Engage effectively with senior client stakeholders to align ERP integration choices with operational realities and business priorities.
- Provide senior oversight across ERP integration programmes to ensure clarity of scope, sound architectural decisions, and effective risk management.
- Support teams in navigating legacy systems, phased implementations, and mixed ERP landscapes.
- Support business development by shaping credible, outcome-led ERP integration propositions.
- Contribute to the growth and maturity of the ERP integration capability in line with client demand.
- Lead and mentor senior consultants and integration leads.
- Promote consistent delivery quality and professional standards across the practice.
- Significant experience leading ERP integration initiatives within a consultancy, systems integrator, or SaaS-enabled services environment.
- Strong understanding of ERP integration challenges, including middleware, data migration, legacy coexistence, and operational cutover.
- Experience working with complex or regulated industries (e.g. energy, utilities, transport, infrastructure).
- Comfortable operating across multiple ERP platforms (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Maximo), without being tied to a single product.
- Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
