Key Responsibilities- Engage with stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with clients and project teams.
- Gather, analyse, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Map and review existing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Support the deployment and adoption of digital products and technology solutions.
- Produce high-quality documentation including business requirements, process maps, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Work closely with project managers, product teams, and technical specialists throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support testing, user acceptance activities, and change adoption initiatives.
- Assist clients in defining business cases, benefits, and success measures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery methodologies and best practices.
- Previous experience working as a Business Analyst within digital, technology, transformation, or change programmes.
- Experience supporting the implementation or deployment of software, digital platforms, or technology solutions.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to build credibility quickly with clients and project teams.
- Experience facilitating workshops and gathering requirements from a range of stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience producing business analysis artefacts such as process maps, user stories, requirements documents, and gap analyses.

- Utilities, energy, electricity, infrastructure, rail, or regulated industry experience.
- Experience working within consultancy environments.
