Overview
We are collaborating with this organization to identify a talented Delivery Specialist. This essential role positions you at the forefront of operational shifts, enabling seamless integration of new practices across the company. Your expertise will facilitate transformations that not only improve organizational performance but also enhance customer service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Working closely with departments to guide teams through transitions, pinpointing risks, addressing challenges, and promoting behavioral changes through effective training and communication strategies.
- Leading comprehensive operational change initiatives, from scoping and planning to execution and delivery, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
- Managing components of the organization's change architecture, including running product forums and providing strategic guidance to ensure effective internal communications during times of change.
- Measuring the impact of changes by analyzing internal metrics, gathering customer insights, and collecting team feedback to assess performance.
- Identifying improvement opportunities by analyzing processes for optimization and greater efficiency.
- Encouraging collaboration across all levels, from VPs to frontline operations, acting as a prominent representative of the Change and Operations function.
- Helping shape the future of the Change Team by enhancing its operational methodologies and overall impact within the organization.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in change management, operations, process improvement, consulting, or business analysis.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to anticipate challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
- Demonstrated project management capabilities and strong skills in stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments while balancing strategic goals with hands-on execution.
- Proficient analytical skills, particularly with data management tools (Excel/Google Sheets); familiarity with SQL is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of distilling complex ideas into digestible information to guide teams through change.
- A focus on outcomes, comfort with ambiguity, and a strong attention to detail are essential.
