We are on the lookout for Service Now Senior Technical Consultants with expert level knowledge in the development, configuration and implementation of Service Now Solutions across the full delivery lifecycle.
Job Description
- Lead the development, configuration, and implementation of Service Now solutions across the full delivery lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Platform Owners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with platform strategy and standards.
- Configure and develop solutions using Service Now best practices, leveraging out-of-the-box functionality wherever possible.
- Develop and support integrations using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and third-party platforms.
- Perform technical reviews, code reviews, and impact assessments to ensure quality and compliance.
- Troubleshoot complex platform issues and drive continuous improvement, optimisation, and reduction of technical debt.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to developers and consultants.
- Support customer workshops, solution design sessions and deployment planning.
Contribute to practice development through reusable assets, standards, and innovation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Hands-on Service Now development and implementation experience.
- Strong experience across one or more Service Now product areas including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, Sec Ops, or IRM.
- Excellent knowledge of: Java Script Glide API Flow Designer Integration Hub Service Portal UI Builder REST/SOAP APIs
- Strong understanding of Service Now architecture, CSDM, integrations, governance, and upgrade-safe development practices.
- Experience working within enterprise, managed service, or multi-client environments.
Experience with Agile delivery
Requirements
- Experience with self-hosted or domain-separated Service Now environments.
- Discovery and Service Mapping experience.
- Experience integrating Service Now with Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Jira, SAP, and other enterprise applications.
- Performance Analytics and Reporting experience
