Job Description We are seeking a strategic VP of Sales to spearhead revenue growth across multiple live entertainment and media platforms in a fast‑paced, consumer‑focused environment.

This executive will shape go‑to‑market strategy, build high‑impact teams, and optimize performance across regions, with a focus on maximizing ticket sales, sponsorships, and partnerships.

The role requires deep experience scaling complex sales organizations, aligning sales motions with marketing, product, and operations, and delivering measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities Define and execute the enterprise sales strategy across digital, live events, and ticketing channels.

Develop and mentor a high‑performing sales organization, setting clear targets, compensation plans, and career progression paths.

Forge strategic alliances with key partners, venues, and media outlets to expand reach and recurring revenue.

Drive forecasting accuracy and revenue pipeline health through rigorous measurement, analytics, and data‑driven decision making.

Collaborate with product and marketing to tailor value propositions for large‑scale clients and strategic accounts.

Lead cross‑functional initiatives to optimise the customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention and expansion.

Requirements Proven track record of leading multi‑channel sales within entertainment, media, or live events at a senior level (VP or equivalent).

Experience scaling teams, forecasting, and managing complex deals and partnerships.

Strong strategic thinking paired with hands‑on execution and team leadership.

Excellent stakeholder management across executive sponsors, venues, and agencies.

Data‑driven mindset with proficiency in CRM and analytics tools.
