Forsyth Barnes are partnering with a leading manufacturing company who are looking to grow out their in-house AI capability through hiring an AI Engineer.
Job Description
As an AI Engineer you will design and deploy AI-powered internal applications that enhance sales productivity, automate workflows, and improve decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Build internal web and mobile applications using AI-assisted development tools, validating any AI generated code.
- Automate repetitive sales workflows (CRM updates, proposal drafting, follow-ups, reporting)
- Develop AI-powered assistants for:
- Quote generation
- Customer analysis
- Email drafting
- Sales forecasting
- Integrate apps with CRM systems
- Rapidly prototype tools and iterate based on feedback
- Translate business requirements into working AI-driven solutions
- Ensure data security and compliance standards are met
Requirements
- Experience in AI Solutions Engineering
- Strong Python and JavaScript skills
- The ability to translate business requirements into working AI-Driven Solutions, producing production quality output whilst ensuring data security and compliance standards are met.
- Experience with either Claude Code or Copilot
