We would like to hire a paralegal for our well regarded Immigration team on an initial 12 month contract. You must have experience as an Immigration paralegal and ideally from a top tier Immigration or City law firm.
The responsibilities of the role will include (but not limited to):
- Support the team with fee earning
- Undertake fee-earning work and provide a profitable contribution to the overall work of the department
- Draft documents including Home Office forms and advice letters (including preparation of full applications to be submitted to the Home Office)
- Carry out legal research
- Keep up to date with immigration changes and consultations
- Be an ambassador for the firm at all times
- Flexibility required
