We’re looking to hire a solicitor to join our renowned Commercial Real Estate team on a permanent and full‑time basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with UK asset managers on a full range of asset management, sales, acquisitions, financing and complex lease agreements across retail, restaurant, industrial and office sectors.
  • Handle asset‑management work for Central London estates and City livery companies, including headleases, property rights, rights of light, turnover leases and mixed‑use historic estates.
  • Support our corporate occupier and tenants team for prominent UK and international clients, spanning film and television, retail, finance, media and professional services.
  • Collaborate with construction, tax and planning colleagues to negotiate leases, pre‑letting agreements, HQ relocations, disposals, lease extensions, regears, refurbishment projects and portfolio management.
  • Take a lead role with two partners on day‑to‑day client work and transaction leadership, coordinating a wider multidisciplinary team.
  • Play a long‑term role in sector teams, building client relationships to support active business‑development plans.
  • Share responsibility for supervision and lead on significant transactions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–6 years PQE from a similar or City firm.
  • Excellent grounding in Land & Tenure, lease negotiation and transaction due diligence.
