Associate, Employment & Partnerships (ideally 2 -4 years PQE)
We would like to hire an Employment solicitor to join our vibrant and well‑regarded Employment & Partnerships team on a permanent and full‑time basis.
Key responsibilities include
- Support Partner Jo Keddie, Head of the team, and other senior lawyers in the firm’s senior executive and partnership practices.
- Provide legal advice on employer and employee matters for companies, family offices, partnerships and senior executives.
- Handle investigative work where applicable, including corporate employer investigations.
- Assist with contentious and non‑contentious matters such as litigation, restructuring, contract review and policy development.
- Contribute to business development and training initiatives.
- Desired qualifications & qualities
- 2–4 years PQE from a firm, city firm or employment boutique.
- Experience with both corporate (employer) and individual client work.
- Strong academic record and people skills.
- Positive, collaborative, flexible, proactive and integrity‑driven approach.
- Experience of investigations – a plus.
- Learning mindset and eagerness to contribute ideas.
