We would like to hire a Corporate Associate to join our well regarded Corporate team on a permanent and fulltime basis. You will ideally have 2 – 4 years’ PQE from another top tier or City law firm. Experience with corporate matters relating to private business/private company/private client is required.

Responsibilities- Provide legal support for corporate transactions involving private businesses, private companies and private clients.
- Draft and review contractual and legal documentation to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
- Collaborate with private wealth, real‑estate and dispute resolution colleagues to provide integrated advice.
- Participate in Responsible Business activities, community and pro bono initiatives.
- Maintain high quality service to clients and support team development through knowledge sharing.
- Good experience in, and appreciation of, all aspects of corporate transactional work.
- Fine acumen in commercial drafting.
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organised, able to prioritise workload, and meet tight deadlines.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, calm and efficient under pressure.
- Flexible regarding time and duties and able to interact with people at all levels.
- Attention to detail; accurate and thorough.
- You’ll work on high‑quality matters and with high‑quality clients.
