Key Responsibilities- Sales Support
- Process customer orders: enter data into the sales system, issue acknowledgements and deposit invoices.
- Manage the full order lifecycle: update customers, chase paperwork, issue final invoices, and follow up on payments.
- Maintain dealer live order schedules and ensure accuracy and timely updates.
- Track lead times and order progress in both Sales Hub and Dealer order schedules.
- Compile and distribute daily sales reports company-wide.
- Assist with tender submissions and demo-related paperwork.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team: attend meetings, update project trackers, and manage actions.
- Coordinate supplier orders and logistics for events.
- Manage marketing budgets: track spending and prepare monthly reports.
- Create and send email campaigns (eshots) and manage distribution.
- Post classified ads for used machines on relevant platforms.
- Manage dealer marketing requests and budgets.
- Assist the Commercial Director with day-to-day admin tasks.
- Attend 1-1 staff meetings: take notes and ensure follow-ups are actioned.
- Manage the Commercial Directors inbox: prioritise and respond to emails as needed.
- Organise travel and accommodation.
- Join meetings, record actions, and ensure timely completion.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing complex processes.
- Excellent Excel skills for spreadsheet creation and data handling.
- Strong interpersonal skills: professional and confident communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

- Familiarity with NetSuite or other ERP systems is a plus.
- Proven experience in a high-paced administrative role, ideally in sales, marketing, or executive support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for reporting and data analysis.
