We are currently recruiting experienced and reliable Chefs to work across a range of sites in Maidstone. This is a fantastic opportunity for chefs who enjoy variety, want flexible hours, and are confident adapting to different kitchen environments.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting meals to a high standard
- Supporting daily food service across breakfast, lunch, or dinner shifts
- Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Following food hygiene, allergen, and health & safety procedures
- Working efficiently as part of a team or independently
About You:
- Previous experience as a Chef (Commis, Chef de Partie, Sous, or Head Chef)
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen best practice
- Ability to work well in fast-paced and changing environments
- Reliable, adaptable, and professional
- Valid DBS certificate (required)
