As a Full Stack Developer in Forrit’s Delivery team, you will help design, build, and support customer solutions on the Forrit platform.
You will work closely with Delivery Team Leads, client‑facing colleagues, designers, testers, and other developers to deliver reliable, accessible and maintainable web applications for customer projects.
The role is hands‑on across front‑end and back‑end development, with a strong focus on modern .
NET, Azure‑hosted solutions and practical use of AI tools such as Claude within agreed team processes.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Contribute to the delivery of customer projects using the Forrit platform and associated tooling
- Build, enhance and support full‑stack web applications across front‑end and back‑end components
- Develop back‑end services and application features using C#, ASP. NET Core and modern . NET, primarily . NET 8 and . NET 10
- Work with Azure‑hosted services and deployment processes to support secure, scalable customer solutions
- Implement high‑quality front‑end experiences using HTML, CSS, Java Script or Type Script, and relevant web frameworks where required
- Translate design outputs into accessible, responsive and maintainable user interfaces that meet client requirements
- Build websites, headless applications and application features that are inclusive and accessible, aligned with WCAG standards and customer accessibility expectations
- Take part in sprint planning, refinement and estimation so delivery work is clearly understood and achievable
- Contribute to solution design discussions, helping balance customer needs, delivery timelines and technical quality
- Provide ongoing support for customer sites and applications, including bug fixes, performance improvements and small enhancements
- Use AI‑assisted tools such as Claude responsibly within agreed Forrit processes to improve productivity, code quality, documentation and delivery consistency
- Collaborate with QA, product, delivery and customer‑facing teams to resolve issues and keep project delivery moving smoothly
- Share knowledge with colleagues and contribute to a positive engineering culture focused on quality, learning and continuous improvement
Skills And Experience
- Strong experience developing with C# and ASP. NET Core
- Good working knowledge of modern . NET, especially . NET 8, with awareness of . NET 10 and its direction of travel
- Experience building maintainable front‑end solutions using HTML, CSS and Java Script or Type Script
- Experience with at least one modern front‑end framework or library, such as Angular or React
- Understanding of API design, integrations and working with structured data
- Ability to write scalable, performant, testable and reusable code
- Good understanding of accessibility, responsive design and cross‑browser compatibility
- Experience working in an Agile delivery team environment
- Comfortable using developer tooling, source control and peer review processes
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics in plain language to colleagues and customers
- A pragmatic approach to problem solving, balancing technical quality with delivery needs
