Job Responsibilities

  • Research creation and delivery: work with assigned analysts to formulate project plans and manage report schedules; assist with primary and secondary research; develop a research topic; conduct desk research and coordinate research interviews, online surveys, and analyse internal and third-party data; support analyst presentations with charts, callouts, titles, and slide sequences; support audit, identification, and update of existing research; conduct quantitative work with Forrester’s datasets.
  • Team operations: help collect and analyse team performance metrics through data dashboards; maintain systems of record for report publication and team repositories; collaborate with other RAs as necessary to balance capacity and support delivery.

Job Requirements

  • BA or BS degree; interest in statistics or quantitative data a major plus.
  • B2-level English proficiency or above.
  • B2-level proficiency or above in at least one of French, German, Italian, or Spanish.
  • Diverse undergraduate or postgraduate work experience, ideally in market research or with technology.
  • Willingness to actively and intellectually engage with colleagues, including senior analysts.
  • Enthusiasm to learn about business processes and their impact on business results; passion for learning about technology and its impact on business and society.
  • Effective time and project management skills.
  • Working knowledge of word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet software.
  • Sharp attention to detail and resourcefulness.
