Responsibilities
- Engage proactively with local sales teams to understand sales goals, identify marketing requirements, and gather feedback on marketing activities.
- Engage proactively with marketing peers to review plans, share local requirements, and provide feedback on global/regional programs and assets.
- Lead the development of annual and quarterly plans in partnership with regional sales and research teams.
- Manage a local marketing budget.
- Assess local marketing readiness and identify optimization opportunities.
- Evaluate, select, and manage vendors that contribute to local demand marketing programs.
- Capture and analyze local buyer insights gathered through human and nonhuman interactions.
- Use buyer insights to segment and optimize target audiences.
- Analyze local pipeline volume, performance, and forecasts.
- Identify local lead routing and scoring requirements and changes.
- Manage local service-level agreement (SLA) deliverables.
- Develop and implement pipeline acceleration programs jointly with sales.
- Tailor global and regional programs and assets.
- Research, choose, design, and manage live field events to be included as tactics in the overall programs, ensuring a cohesive pre‐, at‐, and post‐event strategy to increase engagement and response rates.
- Communicate to and educate the sales team about new and planned marketing activities, including global, regional, and local programs.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or marketing qualification.
- A proven track record of B2B marketing experience within demand, regional, or field marketing.
- Experience in collaborating and working closely with a large sales team.
- Experience in hosting events, from planning to execution and reporting.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects, prioritise, be detail‐oriented, and meet deadlines.
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office; Salesforce, Oracle Eloqua, and ON24 experience is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in presenting to senior stakeholders.
- German or French language skills are a plus.
