We’re looking for a talented Company & Commercial Solicitor to join our friendly and collaborative team.
The role involves being part of a leading firm that’s kept its High Street family feel, with the chance to develop your own thriving desk and build lasting relationships across our strong client base. You’ll work with a wide range of businesses, advising on areas including business sales, acquisitions and mergers, drafting and reviewing contracts, shareholder agreements, franchises, agency agreements and business start-ups.
About you: You’ll be a confident communicator with around 3 – 5 years PQE, commercially minded and detail focused. Able to manage your workload efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of client care. We’re looking for people who are calm under pressure, proactive and true team players.
