Forrester Solicitors is a reputable family‐run law firm that has been proudly serving the community of South Tyneside for over forty years. Founded in 1983 with just two solicitors, the firm has since grown to a team of over 20 dedicated professionals providing expert legal services across various areas, including criminal law, family and childcare law, wills and probate, and conveyancing.

Role Description
This is a full‐time Conveyancer role based on‐site. The Conveyancer will be responsible for managing property transactions, including preparing and reviewing legal documentation, liaising with clients and stakeholders, advising on legal and procedural matters, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations. The role also involves maintaining effective communication to update clients on the progress of their cases and resolving any conveyancing‐related issues that may arise.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge and understanding of Law and legal issues related to conveyancing.

Experience in conveyancing.

Proficiency in legal document preparation and a keen eye for accuracy and detail.

Excellent communication skills to manage relationships with clients, colleagues, and external parties.

Qualifications – role would be suitable for paralegal or trainee solicitor.

Prior experience in conveyancing practice is preferred.

Previous experience on Leap preferred but not mandatory.
