Forrester Research in Cambridge, UK seeks a Client Engagement Lead to deepen post-sale relationships, drive high engagement, and align client initiatives with Forrester's portfolio of services. You will own onboarding, regular check-ins, reviews, and delivery of value-added services within the mutually agreed engagement plan.
