This is an on‐site contract role for a Business Development Manager located in the City of London. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the growth strategy of the organization. Daily tasks include:

  • Identifying and engaging potential clients
  • Managing client accounts
  • Analysing market trends
  • Creating proposals
  • Collaborating with cross‐functional teams to meet sales goals

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Business Development and Account Management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of financial, tax, or incentives‐related consulting is an advantage
  • Proficiency in market research, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and achieve targets
  • Collaborative mindset and experience working across multidisciplinary teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field is preferred
