Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver day‑to‑day project and campaign activities.
- Manage a team of project coordinators; coach and keep the team on track to meet schedules.
- Work to strict deadlines and compliance procedures to ensure quality of delivery.
- Identify risks, resolve them before escalation, and share updates with inter‑connecting teams.
- Direct performance feedback and provide day‑to‑day support to ensure teams have what they need.
- Track project activities, raise significant risks to the Head of Projects, and recommend actions.
- Maintain project documentation: plans, schedules, risk logs, action logs, and general reports.
- Ensure quality control, facilitate meetings, and prepare meeting agendas.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflow to enhance campaign delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, PRINCE2, APM Associate, or similar.
- 3+ years of project management experience with supervisory and people‑management responsibilities.
- Full proficiency with MS Office and comfortable using MS Teams.
- Experience in a non‑profit or charity organisation is desirable.
- Willingness to work primarily in office; occasional travel may be required.
