Job Description

We are delighted to be partnered with this extremely well established, family-run business who have an outstanding reputation for the quality of their products/services. Due to continued success, they are expanding their dynamic sales team and are looking for a customer-focused candidate to be part of the growth. Their corporate Head Office has good transport links to the local area and offers a modern working environment with free parking.

Joining a team of 4 and reporting to the Sales Team Leader, day-to-day duties will include:

  • Providing customer support via telephone and email
  • Giving product advice, providing quotations, troubleshooting problems
  • Building and maintaining strong B2B customer relationships
  • Taking and processing sales orders onto the ERP system for bespoke products
  • Dealing with complex orders involving measurements and converting inches to cm
  • Using a CAD system to translate customer diagrams and managing a large, technical product base
  • Seeing the order process from start to finish and handling any after-sales queries, issues, or complaints
  • Dealing with and investigating problems with orders such as tracking missing deliveries with couriers and offering replacements or refunds
  • Liaising with various internal departments to resolve order issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas for improving sales and customer service

Working Hours

Monthly shift pattern - work 1 of the following 3 shifts for the whole month and then alternate:

  • Monday to Friday (8:30am - 4:30pm)
  • Monday to Friday (9am - 5pm)
  • Monday to Friday (9:30am - 5:30pm)
