Overview

Receptionist/Administrator (Permanent - Part-time 24 hours per week) in Macclesfield.

Salary £28K pro rata.

We are recruiting for a presentable and polite individual to join a well-established business as receptionist and administration support.

Responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting customers
  • Signing guests in
  • Offering refreshments
  • Answering and transferring calls
  • Administrative duties such as scanning, photocopying, ordering office supplies, booking meetings and typing templated letters
  • Onboarding new clients with training
  • Ensuring reception duties are completed in a professional and organised manner

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Operating telephones efficiently, ensuring calls are answered in a polite manner
  • Maintaining a professional appearance as the first point of contact to represent the company
  • Comfortable learning new skills and systems
  • Display organisational skills and attention to detail
  • To be successful you must be a presentable and polite individual who can use phone systems effectively.

You must also be willing to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities in the receptionist/administrator role.
