Forrest Recruitment is looking for a highly organised and customer focused Sales Administrator to join our client and be responsible for all administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for customer orders, managing the full order fulfilment process from handover to delivery
- Build strong customer relationships, managing expectations around stock availability, deliveries and service levels
- Process orders, generate order acknowledgements, raise production works orders and ensure accurate, timely invoicing
- Liaise with internal teams and external providers to ensure orders are produced and delivered on time and within budget
- Maintain and manage orders, ensuring monthly targets and customer credit limits are met
- Prepare export documentation where required and handle customer enquiries, quotations and complaints professionally
- Provide administrative support to multiple teams
