Responsibilities
- Generate new business through proactive outbound calls and handling inbound enquiries
- Deliver targeted telemarketing campaigns to promote the full range of company services
- Build and manage a portfolio of clients, developing long-term customer relationships
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Research prospects to tailor solutions to customer needs and develop new markets
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update all activity on the CRM system
- Work collaboratively with Marketing, Field Sales, Tendering and Telesales teams
- Ensure all sales administration is completed accurately and on time
- Comply with Health & Safety policies and demonstrate company performance behaviours
Qualifications
- Degree qualified (Desirable)
- Previous sales, telesales or customer service experience (Desirable)
- Confident communicator with strong telephone and email skills
- Results-driven with a proactive, commercial mindset
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good IT skills, including MS Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities
