Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through outbound calls and handling inbound enquiries.
  • Deliver targeted telemarketing campaigns to promote the full range of company services.
  • Build and manage a portfolio of clients, developing long-term relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Research prospects to tailor solutions and develop new markets.
  • Maintain an accurate CRM system and sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Field Sales, Tendering, and Telesales teams.
  • Ensure all sales administration is completed accurately and on time.

About you

  • Graduate or degree-qualified (essential).
  • Previous experience in sales, telesales, or customer service (desirable).
  • Confident communicator with strong telephone and email skills.
  • Results-driven with a proactive, commercial mindset.
  • Organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Good IT skills, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
