Forrest Recruitment are seeking a highly organised and detail-orientated Marketing Administrator to join our professional client based in their Wigan Head Office.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with the planning, arrangement and production of CPD webinars for clients
- Assisting with the management of the company websites including content updates and basic troubleshooting
- Database management activities to ensure records are accurate and up to date
- Support with conference and event administration, attendee management etc.
- Assisting to manage client emails, providing accurate information, updates, and support services
- Administering client feedback platforms
- Working with both internal colleagues and external clients to support marketing operations
- Administering & creating marketing materials using a variety of graphic design tools & packages
- Administering & supporting video content uploads and webinars
