Forrest Recruitment are seeking a highly organised and detail-orientated Marketing Administrator to join our professional client based in their Wigan Head Office.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the planning, arrangement and production of CPD webinars for clients
  • Assisting with the management of the company websites including content updates and basic troubleshooting
  • Database management activities to ensure records are accurate and up to date
  • Support with conference and event administration, attendee management etc.
  • Assisting to manage client emails, providing accurate information, updates, and support services
  • Administering client feedback platforms
  • Working with both internal colleagues and external clients to support marketing operations
  • Administering & creating marketing materials using a variety of graphic design tools & packages
  • Administering & supporting video content uploads and webinars
