An excellent opportunity has arisen for a part time Facilities Coordinator to join our client based in Widnes. This is a varied role responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy workplace, ensuring high standards are maintained across facilities, health and safety, contractor coordination, and customer service.
Key duties of the role:
- Setting up meeting and conference rooms.
- Responding to client requests regarding additional furniture or furniture changes.
- Setting up show offices, or offices ready for clients moving in. Ad hoc furniture removal.
- Dealing with any minor issues regarding plumbing, general maintenance. Fixing day to day issues.
- Opening the building daily (Monday to Friday).
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
- Checking for overnight problems/issues.
- Reacting to emergency situations during the day.
- Working with deadlines to ensure client needs are met.
- Co-ordinate holidays and training cover.
