PERSONAL TEMPORARY PAYROLL MANAGER – BOLTON BL5 STARTING 26TH JANUARY FOR UP TO 12 WEEKS. 34.5 HOURS PER WEEK ACROSS 4/5 DAYS MON‐FRI. £15‐£16 per hour.

Our client based in the Westhoughton area is looking for temporary support in their payroll department for up to 12 weeks.

Duties will include:

  • All end‐to‐end payroll for the group (350 employees)
  • Monthly and weekly payrolls
  • Time and attendance for the week
  • Attachment of earnings
  • HMRC reporting
  • Reporting and reconciliations
  • Calculating and processing statutory entitlements (e.g., maternity/paternity and sick pay)
  • Processing of company benefits and pensions
  • Handling any payroll queries both internally and externally

Previous experience in payroll is essential for this position as you will be required to provide support to the payroll administrator on certain processes. Knowledge of Equator would be advantageous; however, previous payroll system knowledge and the ability to pick up new systems will be adequate as full training will be given.
