Scheduler in Warrington

Scheduler | Warrington | £29k DOE | Permanent | Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Scheduler to join a well-established construction company based in Warrington. Key duties of the role: * Handling inbound and outbound calls with clients, engineers and colleagues. * Effectively responding to queries via email. * Recording customer details on the system and updating customer accounts. * Chasing any outstanding PO’s. * Providing full job confirmations with relevant attendance details. * Gather and document correct and detailed job descriptions. * Ensure timely ordering of materials to avoid delays in job completion. What we’re looking for: * A positive, proactive and can-do attitude, with a willingness to learn and take initiative. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities. * Previous experience in a customer service, administration, coordination or similar role.
