We are recruiting for a Customer Support Coordinator to join a busy and supportive team in Warrington. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration, customer service, and SAP experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and amend pricing offers within SAP
- Investigate and resolve invoice queries
- Process credit requests and SAP credits
- Support monthly team targets and task completion
- Respond to pricing queries from customers and internal teams
- Process and maintain customer account requests
- Maintain communication regarding customer accounts
- Complete customer pricing and product spreadsheets
- Handle incoming customer calls and enquiries
- Manage monthly pricing renewals in SAP
- Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing updates
- Order products and maintain PO records
- Provide reports and pricing information to managers
- Request proof of delivery documents for customers
Experience/Skills required
- Previous experience in customer support, coordination, or administration
- SAP experience desirable
- Strong communication and organisational skills
